**Qualifications:**
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis for financial cross- sectional data; AND Collecting data through multiple mechanisms (e.g., surveys or HUD systems) for data analysis; AND Preparing and delivering technical/narrative reports for making program decisions; AND - Reporting results or trends in graphs, charts, or dashboards Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Conducting complex data analysis and interpretation; AND Applying advanced data science techniques, statistical methods, and machine learning algorithms; AND Preparing and presenting data reports to inform program decisions. Specialized Experience: For the GS-11, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Conducting data collection and analysis independently; AND Applying intermediate data science techniques and methodologies; AND Preparing data reports and visualizations. OR 3 full academic years of progressively higher-level graduate education or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Combination of experience and education. This is creditable providing the combination consists of 100% of the requirement. Only graduate level education in excess of the first 36 semester hours (54 quarter hours) may be combined to be considered for qualifying education. (Attach a copy of transcripts to ensure you receive proper credit). The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resume. If you are a displaced or surplus Federal employee (eligible for the Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP)/Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)): To be found well qualified at the GS-11, GS-12, or GS-13 grade level, in addition to meeting specialized experience, the applicant must have documented the following experience: To be deemed well qualified, you must satisfy all qualification requirements for the vacant position and provide documented experience that: Shows depth of specialized experience in technical knowledge and skill areas Demonstrates proficiency across most or all the core competency requirements of the role Provides evidence of successfully handling tasks and responsibilities like those in the current position.
