Job Description
The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides operations support services and business solutions to the community of 10,000 House Members, Officers and staff.
**Qualifications:**
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, outreach, customer service, or a related field. Experience supporting or managing programs and/or projects, including coordinating activities and tracking progress. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, public health, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience specifically in wellness and/or well-being programming. Experience planning and executing outreach initiatives, educational programming, or engagement events. Knowledge, Skill, and Ability (KSA) and Competency Requirements Ability to provide administrative support. Project and program management skills and the ability to coordinate and manage a project or program across its entire lifecycle. Ability to ensure data protection and confidentiality. Skill in office management, including coordination of services, scheduling, and office set up. Knowledge of, and ability to instruct on, wellness/well-being topics, including, but not limited to, mental and financial health, work-life harmony, as well as nutrition & exercise. Knowledge of and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Ability to maintain confidential documents and information, and employee databases.
