Developmental Contract Specialist, NF-03

**Qualifications:**
RESUMES MUST BE TWO PAGES (OR LESS). QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment which provided a basic understanding of principles and concepts of contracting. 2. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software. Highly Qualifications: 1. Relevant business acumen. 2. Familiarity with Family & MWR Programs. 3. Skilled in written and verbal communication. 4. Experience performing market research. Preferred are those candidates who also possess a bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks.
