Management and Program Analyst

Judicial Security Division, Arlington, VA. The selectee of this position serves as a Management and Program Analyst. You will be responsible for assisting with the Judicial Security Division workplan; monitoring obligations, expenditures, reimbursements, and transfers; serving as the liaison with the USMS Financial Services Division (FSD); and providing advice and assistance to Judicial Security management on budget/financial, and procurement issues.

**Qualifications:**
GS-13 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-12 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted). You may qualify at the GS-0343-13 level, if you fulfill one of the following qualifications: Specialized Experience: At least one year (12-months) of full-time specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing duties such as: 1) Leading a wide range of qualitative and quantitative projects for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of a variety of programs; 2) Providing advice and assistance to management on procurement, budget, financial, and policy issues; 3) Assist program offices in preparing independent government cost estimates (ICGEs) and statements of work (SOW) and related market research; 4) Assist with the preparation of closeout documentation for open obligations; 5) Interpreting regulations and procedures for execution of programs and budget formulation; and 6) Identifying existing or potential problem areas to recommend necessary corrective actions or preventive measures. NOTE: Your resume must CLEARLY demonstrate this experience.
