Babysitter wanted for childcare in Hamilton

Healthcare worker. Solo mom Looking for Jan 1 2026 start (will be 14mo old) , or earlier to acclimate, before I go back to work. 12hour rotating shifts. I've considered having a live-in and would need to negotiate that.
