**Qualifications:**
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay bad (GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a Professional Engineer planning, programming, designing, or budgeting of construction management, inspection and quality assurance through real property inventory maintenance, facility drawing maintenance, energy conservation, leasing, or real estate disposal in order to manage the construction of new/existing base facilities.
