Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INSTALLATIONS PLANS PROGRAMS AND READINESS INTEGRATOR in the STRATEGY AND FUTURE REQUIREMENTS DEPARTMENT of NAS PENSACOLA. This position is a Temporary Promotion not to exceed 3 Years. Management has the right to terminate the promotion before the NTE date.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as the civilian senior advisor to the Commanding Officer regarding the functioning of the Installation in executing the assigned mission; 2) Analyzing organizational performance facts and data, draws conclusions, and recommends viable strategies for implementing sustainable organizational change; 3) Monitoring the execution of installation military and civilian manpower and personnel management programs to maintain personnel readiness within authorized and funded personnel strengths; 4) Developing communication and engagement approaches with various officials and organizations; 5) Exercising final authority for full range of personnel actions and organization design proposals recommended by subordinate supervisors.
