About the Position: This position is located in the US Army Sustainment Command 407th Army Field Support Brigade, Logistic Readiness Center on Fort Hood, TX. This position is a TERM Not to Exceed 13 months position. Please see "Additional Information" section below for further details.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Coordinating flight line operations to facilitate cargo loading and aircraft departures; 2) Validating hazardous materials documentation to ensure compliance with aviation transport regulations; 3) Conducting joint inspections to verify proper equipment handling and movement procedures; 4) Tracking deployment schedules to provide real-time updates on aircraft arrivals and departures.. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
