Supervisory Committee Management Specialist

This position is located in the Office of Federal Advisory Committee Policy (OFACP), Office of the Director (OD), National Institutes of Health (NIH). OFACP is responsible for the utilization and management of approximately 100 chartered NIH Federal advisory committees.

**Qualifications:**
You qualify at the GS-13 level, if you meet one of the following qualification requirements: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: coordinating committee management operations in areas such as compliance with laws and regulations, financial management, quality assurance and conflict of interest; providing customer support for committee management activities; evaluating the effectiveness or efficiency of committee operations; developing recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of committee operations; and preparing responses to controlled and sensitive correspondence. You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
