Job Description
You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY (BUMED) of NAVMED OPER TRNG CENTER.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning, formulating, and coordinating all matters in regards to security of personnel, property, and material against terrorist threats. Experience conducting Antiterrorism awareness training and other relevant security education programs to prepare personnel. Experience overseeing actions to remediate or mitigate vulnerabilities identified during security assessments. Experience managing travel requests for all personnel for the Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) travel. Experience reviewing documents prior to public release and maintains a copy of all official information. Experience inspecting and certifying facilities and storage containers are maintained per regulations.
