Job Description
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST, STRATEGIC PLANNER in the ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE NAVY (ASN) RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND ACQUISITION (RD&A) DIVISION of NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE. **Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience with DOD and DON strategic planning, policies, and procedures governing Security Cooperation. *Experience with the process of development and coordination of DON Security Cooperation planning initiatives. *Experience working Navy programs and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process.
