**Qualifications:**
To qualify for the Lead Documents Inspection Technician, PU -1801-9, you must meet the following requirements: To qualify for the Lead Documents Inspection Specialist PG-09, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the PG-08 grade level in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing and continuous process environment that includes: 1) Using quality assurance methods, principles, and practices including statically analysis and sampling techniques; and 2) Interpreting and applying product specifications, technical data, regulations, and other guideline materials. OR Possess a Master's or equivalent graduate degree, related to the work of the position OR Possess 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education or LL.B. or J.D., if related- leading to such a degree related to the work of the position, OR Possess a Combination of education and Specialized experience that equals 100%. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement (04/30/2026) to be considered.
