SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASS/RECRUIT)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASS/RECRUIT) in the HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE (HRO) of COMNAVREG SE JAX.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting and advising on and implementing OPM classification standards and Qualification standards; 2) Providing advisory services to management on a wide variety of classification processes and requirements; 3) Advising management on recruitment strategies and sources and special programs; 4) Advising on the development and implementation of staffing plans; 5) Advising management on HR actions necessary to implement reorganizations; 6) Mentoring and training both journey level and developmental staff on policies, procedures and technical staffing/classification laws rules and regulations.
