Job Description
You will serve as a PUBLIC AFFAIRS SPECIALIST in the Public Affairs Office of NAS JRB NEW ORLEANS.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Providing public affairs support in communications, protocols, social media, and photography;2) Developing, maintaining and releasing informational materials, news release, and internal publications; and3) Advising others on handling problems related to the command's programs with potential media interest.
