Information Technology Division - Arlington, VA The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Sys Admin). You will be responsible for supervising and directing USMS' information technology operations as they are carried out in the assigned portion of the USMS Districts, Divisions and/or Offices.
**Qualifications:**
You may qualify at the GS-2210-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: Basic Requirement: You must have information technology related experience demonstrating each of the four required competencies: 1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail; 2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services; 3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately; and 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. (You must support this experience in your resume.) AND Specialized Experience: Must have At least one year (12 months) of full-time specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing the following duties: 1. Implementing IT enterprise architecture plans that address mission-critical program objectives, 2. Assisting with managing and directing IT projects consistent with industry standards, 3. Analyzing business requirements to develop IT solutions, AND 4. Providing technical advice and assistance on IT programs to users and management.
