Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

About the Position: Serves as the full Director of Human Resources within a Defense Health Agency Region Network Office which is a major DoD Command responsible for creating and delivering a Joint medical care system, executed through 12 medical treatment facilities (MTFs) A Structured Resume Review process will be used in the recruitment of this position.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes leading and supervising a large team of human resource professionals; providing comprehensive management advisory services on medical recruitment and staffing concepts, laws, policies and practices; developing and presenting recommendations and alternatives to senior management officials to resolve complex human resources management issues and problems; utilizing human resources and medical data system(s) and applications to enter and analyzes personnel data, produce reports, ensure data integrity, and improve work efficiency and effectiveness. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
