**Qualifications:**
In addition to the basic education requirements below: For the ND-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-3 (GS-9/11 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer, designing solutions to chemical engineering problems affecting the safety or efficiency of an energetics manufacturing and development project. For the ND-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-2 (GS-5/8 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer, developing chemical engineering project plans to facilitate the work of a chemical engineering program.
