About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Youth Center on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have customer service experience. Ability to safeguard and handle cash is required. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with individuals or groups. Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of maturity and good judgment, and enjoy working with children and parents. Experience must have demonstrated requirement for rigorous attention to detail. Practical knowledge of basic program, plans, and operation procedures of recreational activities is highly desirable. Skill in the use and maintenance of various recreational equipment and facilities are desirable.
