Job Description
The Senior Advisor, Construction & Maintenance Operations Center (SA-CMOC) is the senior authoritative expert responsible for operationalizing data science to maximize the readiness and availability of the Navy's submarine fleet through new construction and sustainment efforts, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to identify and eliminate barriers in submarine construction and maintenance.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ 1: Expert knowledge is required in key maintenance and operations and support information systems such as War Data Platform/Jupiter. Proficiency in data base extraction and usage through the use of various information technology software programs, such as Databricks, Qlik and Foundry to compile organize and synthesize data into information. TQ 2: Mastery knowledge is required in the concepts, principles, and methods of analytical analysis to conduct root cause analysis of submarine readiness gaps, seams and issues across each PESTONI pillar to include their interactions and relationship to acquisition, platform and crew certifications, and cost drivers associated with legacy submarine readiness systems. Time in grade is not required for Senior Level (SL) position.
