Babysitter wanted for childcare in Winnipeg

We are a family of 4, my husband works full time and I work from home as a resident manager of the apartment building we live in. I am looking for part time in-home care for our 2 girls ages 1 and 3. Some days I may need childcare while I work in the building, other days I may need just a few hours of childcare to do errands. This is not a fixed schedule. Our girls like to play with each other and love to run around.
