Job Description
As a Supervisory Equipment Specialist (Automotive), you will be responsible for the management and operation of one of the Fleet National Maintenance Control Centers. Location of position: General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Services, Office of Travel, Transportation, and Logistics. We are currently filling two (2) vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $106,437 per year. Locality will be determined based on duty location. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience in the automotive field that includes: Evaluating preventative maintenance programs to ensure compliance with vehicle manufacturers' warranty and safety guidelines. Evaluating vehicle maintenance requirements and operational capabilities to determine appropriate costs. Reviewing vehicle modifications or new equipment to ensure compatibility with existing models.
