About the Position: The incumbent serves as a USACE Project Management System (P2) subject matter expert (SME) and special advisor to a Division providing technical assistance to Program Managers, Project Managers, Program/Budget Analysts, and others, as required, in the development and maintenance of project schedule and budgetary data in Project Management Scheduling Software

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience to include: 1) using computer scheduling software (i.e. P2, Primavera, Microsoft Project) to manage, control, coordinate, and execute construction project activities (i.e. scope, schedule, budget); AND 2) utilizing data to prepare reports to identify inconsistencies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For the GS-12 level, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
