Job Description
You will serve as a Clinical Counselor in the Installation Family Readiness Division of NAVAL STATION ROTA.
**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Implementing mandated reporting and program delivery decisions and; 2) Interpreting and adapting existing guidelines to arrive at a finding or conclusion, or to decide appropriate course of actions; and 3) Delivering support services in serious and complex cases involving families at-risk for child abuse and neglect, creating and maintaining relationship with community partners, and providing education and training.
