**Qualifications:**
BASIC REQUREMENTS: Four years of related recreation experience which demonstrates the following; knowledge of principles, techniques, and methods of procedure used in organizing, planning, administering, and conducting activities which focuses on improving Quality of Life. A degree in the field of recreation, business management, communication or psychology may be substituted for work experience. QUALIFICATION REQUREMENTS: Must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, tact, and problem-solving abilities, a team player and actively looking for a way to help people. Knowledge in technical areas of recreation, communication and business management is desirable. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must possess intermediate level ability in Microsoft programs. Strong command of the English language to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must have or able to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certification Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays. Travel may be required to oversee SMP trips. May be assigned and/or transferred to other camps across Okinawa. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
