Recreation Aid (Outside Services) - Woodlawn Golf Course

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Woodlawn Golf Course in Ramstein Air Base, Germany. This position does not offer Logistical Support. The primary purpose of this position is to perform and/or assists other recreation assistants or specialist in the operation and maintenance of indoor and/or outdoor recreational facilities.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Qualifying Experience: Practical knowledge of the game of golf. Knowledge of the etiquette and rules of golf are desired. Must be able to read, write, speak English, and have skill in dealing with the public. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work independently and be able to work outdoors in the heat, wind, dust and other weather-related conditions. Must be able to lift up to 40pounds. Valid USAREUR license is required. Subject to an uncommon tour of duty to include weekends. Satisfactory completion of National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier-I) is required. "This is a drug testing designated position.
