**Qualifications:**
In addition to the basic education requirement, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a Professional Engineer or Scientist developing and delivering complex resource data analysis and tools to improve the coordination of Industrial Operations programs or projects to support overall operations.
