Job Description
You will serve as an Education Program Specialist of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Education Program Specialist performing the following duties: 1) Develops, coordinates and/or implements education initiatives across the Navy with a focus on improving processes, products, and service; 2) Prepares reports on assessment findings and recommendations utilizing charts, spreadsheets, and graphs to support briefing materials; 3) Evaluates the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommends improvements; and 4) Align education improvements with agency-wide goals, including readiness, operational excellence, and talent development.
