Job Description
You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the Deputy Chief Engineer for Contract Management & Oversight (Code 242), Waterfront Chief Engineer (Code 240), Engineering & Planning Department (Code 200) of PSNS and IMF.
**Qualifications:**
In addition to the basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: one year as a professional engineer planning and coordinating the direction and progress of engineering projects to include devising solutions and actions to resolve technical issues, solving complex ship repair deficiencies, and ensuring project work meets technical standards and compliance.
