Job Description

You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the N4 Facilities and Logistics Division, Logistics/Staff Supply Branch (N41), Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Pensacola, FL of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND. Salary: GS-12: $89,508-$116,362 GS-13: $106,437-$138,370

**Qualifications:**
For GS-13 : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Exercising responsibility for directing and coordinating the NETC Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) program. 2) Monitoring performance of the Purchase Card program through review of written documents and examination of records. 3) Participating in the review and analysis of advanced data concerning program changes for which precedents may be inadequate or nonexistent to improve effectiveness, efficiency and productivity, and developing recommendations to Purchase Card operations. For GS-12 : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing other related duties and accepts special assignments as directed by the chain of command. 2) Participating in special projects, serving on working groups, or representing the command at relevant conferences and meeting.
