<p>At <strong>Berlin Startup School</strong>, we empower the next generation of impact founders. Right now, we are looking for a creative and driven Working Student to help us push our newest flagship program: the <strong>AI Accelerator</strong>.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone who is more than just an assistant—we are looking for a true "Marketing Associate." If you love social media, have a great eye for design, and want to take real ownership of marketing campaigns, this is your chance to shine!</p>
<h2>Aufgaben</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Growth Marketing:</strong> Drive marketing initiatives to promote our new AI Accelerator, generate leads, attract participants, and boost the overall visibility of the Berlin Startup School. Work closely with our CEO to brainstorm, steer, and execute broader marketing strategies. You have a high level of bringing in your own ideas and shaping the marketing strategy.</li>
<li><strong>Social Media Management:</strong> Create, plan, and publish regular, high-quality social media content.</li>
<li><strong>Design &#x26; Layouts:</strong> Invent fresh, eye-catching layouts and develop creative visual concepts from scratch.</li>
<li><strong>Video Content:</strong> Establish, edit, and publish engaging video formats to tell our story dynamically.</li>

<h2>Qualifikation</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Creative Flair:</strong> You have a strong, intuitive sense for modern design and aesthetics.</li>
<li><strong>Conceptual Thinker:</strong> You love coming up with fresh, out-of-the-box marketing concepts.</li>
<li><strong>Proactive &#x26; Independent:</strong> You are a self-starter who thrives when working autonomously and taking the initiative.</li>
<li><strong>Tool Stack:</strong> You are comfortable working with <strong>Figma</strong> (highly preferred) or Canva, and you know your way around video editing tools like <strong>CapCut</strong> (or similar alternatives).</li>
<li><strong>Languages:</strong> Business-fluent English is required to communicate effectively. German skills are a fantastic bonus and add great extra value!</li>
