工作职责 -算法开发与优化：负责开发和优化图文内容推荐以及社交工具用户匹配推荐算法，提高推荐系统的准确性和用户满意度 -数据分析：分析用户行为数据，理解用户偏好，基于数据分析结果不断调整推荐策略 -模型训练与评估：负责推荐模型的训练、测试和评估，使用适当的评估指标监控模型性能，并针对性地进行优化 - 特征工程：进行特征提取和特征选择，设计有效的特征来提升模型的预测能力 -多样性与公平性：确保推荐系统在提供相关性的同时，也能保持内容和用户推荐的多样性与公平性 -最新技术调研：持续跟踪推荐系统和机器学习领域的最新研究成果和技术动态，探索可能的应用场景 -团队合作：与产品、数据分析和工程团队紧密合作，共同优化推荐策略，实现业务目标 任职资格 -计算机、数学或统计学相关专业，本科及以上学历，可尽快到岗位，线下实习3个月及以上，每周至少出勤4天 -熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，如Python或Scala；理解常用的推荐系统算法（如协同过滤、基于内容的推荐、深度学习推荐模型）；有使用主流机器学习和深度学习框架（如PaddlePaddle、TensorFlow、PyTorch、scikit-learn…
